Canadian born, British-born her most famous role is for her role as Samantha Jones (also called Samantha Jones) in the HBO TV show Sex and the City. Her character was the same in the films Sex and the City 2008 as well as Sex and the City 2 2010. Her leading characters include Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the'80s. Kim Cattrall's performance in the HBO television sitcom Sex & the City is the most memorable. A noted actress Cattrall's portrayal of the character of Samantha Jones has been a defining moment in her professional career. The sitcom not only amplified her popularity amongst the national public, but also made an international celebrity, bringing an immense amount of recognition and fame. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known role is the actress who played La Dolce Vita in the movie comedy drama. It was a huge critical and commercial hit and was awarded both the Golden Palm and Oscar at Cannes Film Festival 1960. Her acting career began with her becoming a fashion designer in Skane. She was later crowned in the Miss Sweden contest. Her move to US in the early 1990s, where she began to appear in multiple movies as minor characters. Her first film credit was Venusian in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars. She soon won the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category, after appearing in the film Blood Alley.
